The Prosecuting Attorney’s office has programs to assist with the collection of unpaid fines, costs and restitution. Our office utilizes statutes which allow for the interception of state income tax refunds as well as collection of outstanding funds from the Great Arkansas Treasure Hunt through the office of the Arkansas State Auditor.
